Arlen Keyro is a charming half-elf enchanter who has spent some time in the town of Wikkthronrarenta and is reasonably well known there. He is always the life of the party, and is everyone's friend.
He is working secretly as a spy for the nation of Mistrya, to keep track of its threats and enemies and is loyal to the dragon Scoria that rules Mistrya.
He frequently uses his enchanting spell and abilities (especially his favorite spell, Charm Person) to sow discord and chaos within the ranks of Mistrya's military and political enemies.
